This High Tech Commercial/ Industrial campus is constructed south of the Pearson International Airport on a 38 acre site in Mississauga. Built on spec for Pauls Properties Corporation, this entire campus was quickly leased with class A tenants. The Office component with primary street frontage is comprised of four multi tenant single storey office buildings totaling 28500m2 (307 000 sf). The Flex building component is comprised of three buildings with 23500m2 (253000sf) of divisible space. The office portions have street frontages with controlled warehouse and trucking facilities screened from the street. The general high tech architectural theme for both office and flex space was generally achieved with dark blue reflective glazing highlighted with smooth white architectural precast. Pedestrian access within the site and strong landscaping was a primary consideration for lessening the impact of the required car parking requirements.
